Ford Service Plans must be purchased before the vehicle is 12 months old or before its first service.

What’s included?

Ford Assistance is a roadside rescue, repair and recovery service that helps you at home or anywhere in Europe, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Every new Ford comes with free Ford Assistance for one year (excluding Motability). A Ford Protect 2 year service plan extends this cover by an additional year. Courtesy Vehicle - In the event that we can’t finish any warranty work within 24 hours, we’ll lend you a courtesy vehicle for up to 7 days to ensure you’re not stranded. (Subject to availability and status, excluding fuel and insurance costs).
