We are recruiting for an experienced Service Administratorto join the team at our workshop at our Conon Bridge branch
The Role
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a car or commercial vehicle workshop service desk and have a good understanding of the processes involved. Experience of working with the following systems would be beneficial: 1Link, R2C, CV Link, Fraikin View, Kerridge as well as our Data Management system CDK/Keyloop.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Booking in vehicles to the workshop and mobile service vans.
- Explaining the repair process as required.
- Obtaining order numbers from customers/lease companies when required.
- Explaining the repair process as required.
- Selling additional products and services when required.
- Ensuring that service paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Explaining the repair process as required.
